100 % remote – no on-site work
All SIS Monitor™ services are delivered fully remote. On-site work is not part of the packages and – if considered at all – only by separate agreement.
Term, billing & discount
- Standard term: 1 month, cancellable monthly.
- For 12-month contracts with SEPA direct debit, a discount of up to 5 % may be granted (not guaranteed, depends on scope & effort).
- All prices are gross prices in EUR incl. applicable VAT.
- Additional effort (e.g. deeper analysis, emergency work, projects) is billed separately as agreed.
Prestige features & added value
Starting from SIS Monitor.Vault™, you gain a prioritised channel via fastlane@ and regular summaries. This creates transparency, relieves internal teams and increases predictability during incidents.
How does contracting work?
1. Contact & high-level scoping
You share the essential parameters (number of systems, type of environment, preferred package). Based on that we check if SIS Monitor™ fits your use case.
2. Technical onboarding (remote)
We go through prerequisites, configure the checks and define communication paths (e.g. e-mail, fastlane@).
3. Monitoring starts
After successful onboarding, monitoring is activated. You will receive a short overview of the configured checks if desired.
4. Optional: review & adjustments
Over time, checks can be refined or extended. For larger changes, we transparently align effort and potential extra costs with you.
