All prices are gross (incl. VAT) per month and per package.
The minimum term is 1 month and renews automatically unless cancelled.
For optional long-term contracts (e.g. 12 months), up to 5% discount may be granted without compromising quality – conditions are agreed transparently before sign-off.
All hosting packages require a SEPA direct debit mandate. For online bookings, payment is processed via an external provider (e.g. SumUp).
Price changes of the underlying datacentre infrastructure may be passed on after prior notice.

Service, response times & process after booking

Reliable collaboration with realistic expectations – especially as a solo operator.
  • Response times: Typically, we respond within one business day to hosting requests; for critical incidents usually much faster – without compromising quality.
  • Support is provided fully remotely. On-site visits are not part of the hosting service.
  • After booking, you receive a confirmation email, possibly questions about your technical setup (domain, DNS, applications) and an overview of next steps.
  • The contract is considered concluded once your booking is confirmed and the technical basis has been accepted (e.g. feasibility with the chosen infrastructure).
  • Change requests, extra work or strongly non-standard requirements may incur additional costs – these are communicated transparently before implementation.

Backups, snapshots & restore

Clearly separated: snapshots as the base, backups as an additional service.

One snapshot per month is included; up to three historical snapshot states are available for restore.

Backups (e.g. file-level backups, database dumps, extended retention) are explicitly not part of the packages and can be booked as a separate service.

Restores from snapshots are carried out by agreement and within the scope of the booked package; frequent or extensive restores may cause extra effort.
