What happens after booking?

From initial request to running FLATS™ plan – transparent, understandable, no hidden tricks.

1. Request & plan selection

You choose a FLATS™ plan and briefly describe your situation (e.g. team size, systems, specific requirements).

2. Remote clarification call

In a short remote call we clarify whether the chosen plan fits, which systems are in scope and how we kick off.

3. Agreement & start

You receive a written agreement outlining scope, SLA information and commercial conditions. Once confirmed, we start onboarding and first measures.

4. Ongoing care

We look after your environment on an ongoing basis within the chosen plan. Plan changes or adjustments are usually possible on a monthly basis.

100 % remote – no on-site work

All FLATS™ services are provided remotely (e.g. e-mail, phone, video call, remote tool). On-site visits are not part of the plans and must be requested and agreed separately if needed.

Gross prices incl. VAT

All package and add-on prices are gross prices incl. applicable VAT. Business customers receive an invoice with VAT shown separately.

Included hours & extra work

Unused hours expire at the end of each month. Work beyond the included hours is billed at the agreed hourly rate – clearly communicated in advance.

Scope & fair use

FLATS™ are designed for ongoing operations, support and advisory. Larger projects, migrations or substantial development work are planned separately – usually with preferential conditions for FLATS™ customers.

Accessible mode
