With term-based or framework agreements (e.g. 12 months), individual conditions can be discussed on a case-by-case basis – without compromising on quality.

What SIS Core™ includes – and what it does not

Clear boundaries create transparency: what is covered by the consulting hours – and which services are handled by other building blocks.

Included with SIS Core™

  • Security & compliance advisory (e.g. baseline measures, prioritisation, roadmaps).
  • Cloud, Microsoft 365 and modern workplace consulting.
  • Review of existing concepts, offers, architectures and decisions.
  • Process & workflow design (change, incident, request, on-/offboarding etc.).

How we work with SIS Core™

Structured, transparent and as lean as possible – with no surprises in effort and cost.
Step 1

1 · Contact & framing

You describe your situation by email. We verify whether and how SIS Core™ fits and propose a meaningful entry point (e.g. hour package). The initial contact itself is of course free – actual consulting starts only within the booked scope.

Step 2

2 · First session & clarity

In an initial remote session (typically 60–90 minutes), we clarify current state, goals and constraints. This time counts against your booked hours.

Step 3

3 · Action plan & optional follow-up

You receive concrete recommendations, priorities and – if desired – suggestions on how FLATS™, hosting or other building blocks can support your implementation.

Availability & response (soft SLA)

Predictable yet flexible – fitting the reality of a specialised solo consultant.

Requests under SIS Core™ are usually answered within 1–2 business days. Existing clients with hour packages may receive preferred time slots.

For time-critical topics (e.g. architecture decisions before steering committees), prioritized slots can be arranged by mutual agreement. 24/7 availability is not offered.

All statements represent a “soft SLA” – realistic targets rather than hard guarantees. This keeps enough room to prioritise quality over pure speed.
